Erica Mindel is on staff at the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism (SEAS) of the Department of State where she advances U.S. foreign policy on antisemitism. The Special Envoy develops and implements policies and projects to support efforts to combat antisemitism. Deborah E. Lipstadt was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on March 30, 2022 as the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism, with the rank of Ambassador.

Erica completed an M.A. in public policy and nonprofit management at Johns Hopkins University. Advocating for social justice and equity is more than just a job or professional path for Erica. It is part of her DNA and heritage.
